HOW TO ORDER A NEW PARAGLIDER OR HARNESS

So we can process your order as swiftly as possible, please read the following;

• For all items other than gliders and harnesses, just contact us via email or telephone and we will be pleased to supply the goods asap.

GLIDERS

In order to process your order for a glider we will require the following information, no exceptions;

• Glider model
• Glider main colour
• Glider stripes colour
• Glider size
• Your naked weight
• If you are outside the weight range, details of why you are ordering that size
• Your experience and rating*
• If your are not currently rated, details of the school you are attending*
• Payment in full for your order

Demo wings are usually available. If you wish to try a demo wing please ring to arrange. A charge of £25 per week will be made (payable in advance), which will be refunded if you later purchase a wing. The return postal costs shall be your responsibility as will any loss or damage to the wings. Please insure wings for £1000 minimum when posting.

* In the event you are not qualified to BHPA CP or above, we are often only able to supply a glider via your local training school. Many schools will not be approved distributors and in these instances we will work with them to supply the glider via them with no loss of warranty etc to yourself.

For overseas orders we will be happy to take details of your experience and local qualification details. We are often able to supply gliders at a reduced price abroad ie if you are in a VAT exempt area (outside the EU) etc. Note: import duties may apply, depending on local rules relating to your country. These are the responsibility of yourself as the purchaser, to be aware of and pay.

HARNESSES

In order to process your order for a harness we will require the following information;

• Harness model
• Harness colour
• Harness size
• Your weight
• Your height

We will confirm your weight and size typically suit the size harness you have ordered or advise if we feel there is any incompatibility.
